Odran is 12 years experienced in-house counsel specialised in IT, Telecommunication, and Privacy laws. He has extensive experience in the telecommunication industry and worked for both MNO and MVNO. Furthermore, he was in charge of implementing the legal part of the GDPR within businesses in order to make them compliant in all of their dimensions (Sales & Marketing, HR, Procurement, etc.). Also, helping small businesses and start-ups to get their basic legal framework straight and running to secure their relationships with all their stakeholders.

While post-graduating in Telecommunication Law (2010) and in Network Economics and Innovation (2011) at University Paris-Saclay Odran was granted a two years apprenticeship at Orange shared between legal and innovation. 

 

Odran also provides businesses advice and coaching services focused on small business and start-ups. His main interests are between tech, sustainability, circular economy, decentralization and self-realization.
